Based at Morphetville on Tuesdays, ability to work from home or Morphettville on the other days. You will be working within a team of Rostering Coordinators who allocate rosters across Australia on a 6-month fixed term contract or casual (will accept part time with a minimum of 30 hours per week
To communicate our services and offerings including quotations and collaborate with the customers the delivery of the services. The Client Liaison is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the client information captured, input of appointment details including alerts and payment information and the communication to clients. Each day may be different, but some of your core responsibilities will include:
- Migration of employee data from Employment Hero to Salesforce
- Cross referencing employee timesheets
- First point of contact for Salesforce enquiries
As a Quality Administrator you will have demonstrated experience and skills in administration and coordination of teams. Knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector, particularly aged care will see you stand out from the rest!
To do well in this role you may have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with a CRM
- Excellent computer skills/ tech savvy
- Attention to detail
- Salesforce experience preferred however not essential
- Resourceful researcher
- Ability to work unsupervised
- High level of initiative
- Highly organised
